What this notice covers
This website, usenesso.com. It does not cover the Nesso application, which is in private beta and is not offered through this site.
When you visit
This site is hosted by Vercel Inc. To deliver each page and keep the service secure, Vercel processes technical information your browser sends with every request: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and browser details such as the user agent and the referring page. This is used only to deliver the site and protect it from misuse.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Vercel acts as our provider and may process this information outside the European Union, including in the United States. Those transfers are covered by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses in Vercel’s data processing addendum, and Vercel is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Our Vercel dashboard keeps “runtime logs” for one day. For a static site like this one, those logs cover only some page requests (ones served from Vercel’s cache), not every request. We do not export or copy logs anywhere else. Separately, Vercel itself processes request, access and security records to run and protect its service, and may keep them longer. It does not publish a fixed period for these, and says it deletes or anonymises them once they are no longer needed.
What this site does not do
It has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking cookies and no forms. Its fonts, images and scripts are all served from this site, so visiting it does not contact any other company’s servers.
Stored in your browser
If you press the button that pauses the illustrations’ motion, the site
remembers that choice in your browser’s local storage (the entry
nesso-motion), so the motion stays paused next time. It stays on
your device and is never sent to us. You can remove it by clearing this site’s
data in your browser.
If you email us
If you write to support@usenesso.com, we receive your email address and your message and use them to reply. The mailbox is provided by IONOS SE (Germany). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps you ask for before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(f) or (b) GDPR).
We delete an ordinary support conversation 12 months after its last message. Deletion happens at our quarterly review, so a conversation is gone at most 15 months after its last message. This applies to every copy we keep, in the mailbox or anywhere else. We keep a message longer only where a documented legal obligation or a legal claim requires it, and only for as long as that requires.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to its use, and, where it applies, receive it in a portable form. Write to support@usenesso.com. You can also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it) or to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes
If this notice changes, this page and its date will be updated.
